Polyaminoacid absorbents designed for fast liquid uptake, retention under load and low rewet — the performance an absorbent core is judged on — for feminine-care products first.

Fluid-management layers

Structured components designed for acquisition, distribution and comfort functions in the product — where a new material can change what a thin product can do.

Both share one design principle: built on the same biodegradable polyaminoacid core, performing for the life of the product, and leaving no persistent polymer behind after disposal.

The problem

Absorbent cores rely on superabsorbents thatpersist after disposal. Brands want lowerpersistence products, but only with equal or betterabsorption, retention, skin safety and line compatibility — and at qualification standards that are among the hardest in any market.

OUR APPROACH

Our first programme generated the platform's foundational evidence on absorption, retention and safety for polyaminoacid absorbents; that work now informs every other market. In hygiene we advance defined component concepts with partners who bring testing access and a qualification path, starting with feminine care.
