A scalable reactive-extrusion (RxE) manufacturing core and a single polyaminoacid chemistry, tuned to deliver application-specific product grades across four regulated markets.
the platform
One process. One chemistry backbone. Four markets.
Reactive extrusion (RxE) gives us a continuous, capex-light manufacturing core. On top of it, an AI-driven discovery engine maps the structure–performance space of polyaminoacids and translates application requirements into validated product grades.
Every RxE campaign generates structured performance data that feeds directly into candidate selection for the next one. That compounding loop, not a single breakthrough, is what shortens our path from lab candidate to qualified commercial grade.
01
RxE-native discovery
Reactive extrusion is a continuous experimental substrate. Every campaign produces structured, decision-relevant data the model learns from. Discovery compounds with throughput — not the other way around.
02
Cross-vertical learning engine
The same polyaminoacid backbone behaves differently in a hygiene absorbent, an agricultural substrate, and a hard-water assay. Mapping those behaviours into one shared structure–performance space is the moat.
03
Predictive design tied to real-application testing
AI candidate selection feeds directly into wet-lab and field validation. Predictions are ranked against application-relevant readouts, not generic descriptors. Decisions arrive earlier; capital required is lower.
Moat
The system is the moat.
Process
Deep RxE process know-how and scale-up discipline.
